About Our School

The mission of Bolden Elementary/Middle School is to empower all students with the knowledge to succeed in a dynamic global community.

Charles F. Bolden Elementary/Middle School is located on Laurel Bay, near the coastal city of Beaufort, South Carolina. We provide services for approximately 400+ children in third through eighth grade. Our school belongs to the Department of Defense Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools. (SC DoD/DDESS)
All DoD schools operate under the same "Community Strategic Plan" which was implemented in 1995. Parents are an integral component of this plan to implement and expand School Improvement Initiatives (SIP) and School/Home Partnership Activities.
Our objective in delivering educational services to our students is to provide a high quality program so that each child can become a life-long learner able to achieve success in a global community. We invite you to visit our school and meet our outstanding teachers and staff.
