FCS offers eight pay lanes ranging from the Baccalaureate level to the Doctorate level. The pay lane is increased any time an employee achieves the requisite education or degree.

FCS offers a total of 30 steps in each pay lane. Full time employees receive an automatic step increase each year.

| FCS also offers negotiated cost of living increases and frequently amount to approximately 3% each year.
