Field Trips and Events:  Field trips and special events occur throughout the year as an integrated part of our curriculum. 

Volunteers:  Parents and community members play a vital role in supporting the instructional programs at Dahlgren School.  Volunteers serve as

• room parents
• helpers with assignments/projects at home
• chaperones on field trips
• contributors to class parties or projects
• mentors/tutors on special projects
• speakers on special interests or vocations
• support of school-wide programs
