3.  We will be typing our autobiographical narratives in the school lab on Monday, 11/24.

Wednesday, 11/19-Gold Day-Blocks 1 and 4:

1.  Complete the rough copy of your autobiographical narrative.  We will peer edit it on Friday, 11/21, and type the final copy on Tuesday, 11/15, in the lab.

3.  Continue studying your subject/verb agreement rules.

Wednesday, 11/12-Red Day-Blocks 3 and 4:

1.  Final copy of expository essay on The Acorn People is due Tuesday, 11/18.  Also have your item representing a character or the entire book on that day. (I am available after school on Friday of this week for anyone who still needs to show me his/her rough copy of the essay.)

2.  Spelling Test-Friday, 11/14-Be able to use words in simple, compound, and complex sentences.

3. Write out rules for subject/verb agreement-Chapter 20-pages 574-589 in your grammar book.  Next to each rule, write out an example of the rule.  Due Friday, 11/14.

Friday, 111/7-Blocks 1 and 4:

1.  Work on revising your expositiry essay on The Acorn People.  The good copy (typed) and your item representing a character in the book or the entire book is due Wed.  11/19.

2.  Study Spelling List #2. Be able to use the words in simple,compound, or complex sentences.

3.  Read pages 574-589-Chapter 20:  Subject/Verb Agreement in your grammar.  Write out the rules and give an example for each.  Due Thursday 11/13.

Thursday, 11/6-Red Day-Blocks 3 and 4:

1.  Revise the rough copy of your expository essay on The Acorn People.   Remember, the good copy (typed) is due on Tuesday, 11/18.  Also, you will need to have the item you have selected that represents a character or the book.  Both will be presented on 11/18.

2.  Continue studying Spelling List # 2.  Be able to use the words in simple, compound and complex sentences.

Wednesday, 11/5-Gold Day-Blocks 1 and 4:

1.  The good copy of the expository essay on one of the boys from the Acorn People novel is due Wed. 11/19.  This final essay must be typed according to directions given in the assignment/rubric on 10/20.  An item representing a character or the book is also needed for 11/19.
