Attendance:
Students are expected to be present in school daily.
All absences from class are classified as EXCUSED or UNEXCUSED by the school's attendance officer, subject to review and approval by the principal.
Code of Conduct and Discipline:
ACSS shall maintain a safe and nurturing educational environment where students can learn, teachers can teach, and where parents and patrons can meet without fear. ACSS won't tolerate violence or injury to staff or students, nor will weapons be tolerated at any school activity or on school property. The Code of Discipline will be fairly and firmly enforced, criminal misconduct shall be reported to the proper law enforcement authorities and school district staff shall cooperate with any criminal investigation and/or prosecution. Firearms and drugs will not be tolerated on school grounds
Dress code: School Uniforms are worn.
Homework: School homework which contributes to the growth and development of the child is valuable. The amount and complexity of homework should not exceed the quantity and quality which can be successfully completed at home
