School Policies and Procedures - Program and Program Changes (Drop/Add Procedure
Pupils pre-register in April. Their requests for classes must be approved by teachers and their counselor. When final approval has been given, the pupil's requests are entered into the computer for class scheduling and assignment. Pupils do not select their teachers - only their courses. All course selections are final. Scheduling problems will be handled on a case-by-case basis, but no schedule changes will be made any later than one week after the semester has started. Transcript RequestsTranscripts needed for transfer, military use, scholarship consideration, college application or prospective employment information may be requested 24 hours in advance from the guidance office. A legal sponsor written request is required. |
