    It is my hope that the 2006-2007 school year will prove to be a positive influence in shaping the lives of our children. The faculty and staff at Fort Benning Schools pledge to work hand-in-hand with parents and the community to accomplish this goal.
     As Superintendent of the Georgia/Alabama District, it is my responsibility to ensure that all children attending our schools have the opportunity to grow physically, emotionally, and academically so they can lead happy, productive lives. I respect the knowledge and expertise of you, our parents, and the educational community and realize you are a source of great energy for our school system. I believe by creating a caring community of learners and using all our talents, we will produce world-class schools.
