Dear Parents,

As the proud principal of Frank R. Loyd Elementary School, I am happy and excited to welcome new and returning students and families to school year 2009-2010. This promises to be a year full of learning experiences for our children.

At Loyd Elementary School we are firm believers that all students can achieve and learn and must be encouraged to reach their full potential. We also believe that parents are an integral component of their child’s education and should work hand in hand with the school. Parents have the right to be informed about their child’s progress, which is why an open an honest communication is a key to our successful relationship. We are looking forward to a very productive year making learning a fun and enriching experience for your child.
