   Student Records   folder

Students and parents have access to the student’s academic records and confidentiality of these records is protected. (PL 93-380 Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974). The school secretary should be given FIVE(5) DAYS NOTICE BY SPONSOR OR SPOUSE, before a student is withdrawn. When the school is given the five days notice of withdrawal, a copy of the student’s records will be given to the parents at the end of the day on the student’s last day of attendance.
