Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)
The PTO efforts are directed toward the goals of promoting the
welfare of students at school, in the home and community. The
organization strives to create a closer relationship among parents,
students, and school officials. The PTO supports the School
Volunteer Program to provide opportunities for adults to support
the classroom environment.

The School Cart
The Fifth Graders will be selling school supplies in the
mornings between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Prices range
from $0.05 to $1.00.
Pop Tops
Stowers supports the Ronald McDonald House by collecting
Poptabs. Our goal is to collect 100 pounds. Each month the
class with the most will win something for their class. The
classroom with the largest turn-in will win a pizza party at the
end of the school year.
Stevie B's Pizza
The first Wednesday of every month is our school's night
at Stevie B's Pizza. Fifty cents is donated for every meal
purchased. The class that has the most participation each
month wins a pizza party courtesy of Stevie B's. Please
state the name of your teacher to the cashier so that your
class can be credited for your participation.
 Popcorn/Spirit Day Friday
Starting Friday, Oct. 24, the PTO will be selling popcorn in the cafeteria. The popcorn will be sold on Fridays for 25 cents a bag. The children will be allowed to buy a bag of popcorn after they are done eating their lunch.
The classroom that has the highest percentage of children wearing a t-shirt on Friday will get to keep the mascot in their classroom for the following week. The class at the end of the year that has worn their shirts more than the rest of the school will get a pizza party. We will keep track of this on the PTO Bulletin Board that is located in the hall across from the computer lab.

Box Tops 4 Education
The class that collects the most box tops each month will win something special for the class. The class that collects the most at the end of the year will win a pizza party and $50. for the teacher.

Used Ink Jets Cartridges
We are now accepting used inkjet cartridges to help raise money for the school. Please place the empty cartridges in a plastic bag and drop them off at the office. They will have a container for them. Thank you for donating!
