Conferences

Conferences are scheduled regularly throughout the year. Please check the school calendar. If you wish to have a conference at other times, please follow these procedures:

  1. Contact the teacher by note or call the school to leave a message.
  2. The teacher will call you to notify you of the designated conference date and time.

Note: Conferences will not be set for Tuesday afternoons. (Tuesdays are reserved for staff meetings.)

We ask that you protect classroom instructional time and not interrupt the teacher during the day. Such interruptions take the teacher's attention away from your child and the rest of the class.
