The Second Grade Teachers would like to welcome you to the Second Grade at Bowley Elementary School. We look forward to working with you and your child. We have made a list of school supplies you will need for the 2008-09 school year. This list is for all the Second Grade teachers. Each teacher may have a few other things that you will need, but these items are requested for each second grader.
Here is a list of supplies that we would appreciate your child having when he/she enters the Second Grade. Please label those items in order not to be mixed up with others. Thank you.

| 1 box quart size Ziplock bags | 1 box of crayons (24

| 2 glue sticks | 1 black fine point Sharpie maker |
| 1 box of colored pencils | Old sock to use as an
eraser for dry erase board |
| 4 marbled notebooks - wide ruled | Large GUM erasers |
| 1 large roll of paper towels | 1 box of baby wipes |
| 1 box of tissues | 1 pencil trimmer with a bowl |
| 1 box of # 2 pencils | 1 bottle of school glue |
| 1 plastic zippered pencil bag | 1 pack of fine point dry erase maker (any color) |
| 1 hand held pencil sharpener (with bowl) | 2 tubles of tennis balls |
| 1 blue plastic pocket folder | |
