At Butner Elementary School we strive to provide a developmentally appropriate learning environment for all of our students.  We believe that children learn through active participation and experiential, hands-on activities.  Our curriculum is based on DoDEA and national standards in all academic areas.  Our clubs and activities are conducted after school to support and enrich the curriculum.   Many parent volunteers are involved in every aspect of the educational process at Butner.
