School Improvement

This year's focus for the staff of Irwin Intermediate is studying and implementing Best Practices for Enhancing Student Achievment from the book Professional Learning Communities at Work by Richard DuFour and Robert Eaker. The staff has devided into Learning Communities, where weekly discussions and sharing takes place. Each team developed a plan of focus to improve targeted weaknesses.
