The ESL Program at Murray adheres to the same goals stated on page 1-1 of the DoDEA ESL program guide, that is:

1. To use English to communicate effectively in a social setting.

2. To use English to achieve academic standards in all content areas.

3. To use English socially and in culturally appropriate ways.
