Writing Rubric

1. Your child should be able to read responsibilities on writing rubric.

2. Use writing rubric to master first nine weeks writing expectations for conventions, capitalization, punctuation, and word use following the 6 + 1 Writing Program.

3. Enclosed with your packet is a 6 + 1 Beginning Writer's Rubric and Single Sentence Review Rubric. These rubrics will be used to assess student writing throughout the year.
