Sponsors of stepchildren:

You will need the following documentation to register your step child.

1. Housing letter that shows child is authorized to reside in your household.

2. Legal documents showing that the spouse has legal primary custody of the child (this may be a separate custody agreement or part of a divorce decree-we only need to see information relating to custody).

3. If the spouse's last name is different from the child's, birth certificate (this could occur if spouse has remarried more than once).
