Happy Thanksgiving to each of you.We all have so much to be thankful for at this time of the year.
Just wanted to thank everyone who brought in a can(s) for the Can Food Drive. It was a very successful food drive. I am sure the people at the Salvation Army will be very appreciative for the food to stock their pantry.
we had a great time at the Thanksgiving Feast. thank you for helping make this possible. The children did a great job singing their songs and feasting with the Indians.
If you are NOT going to pick up your child PLEASE be sure to send us a note OR call the office to let us know. The person who picks up your child MUST be on your emergency contact list in the office and must have an ID.

“Five Little Pilgrims” sung to the tune of “Five Little Ducks”
Five little pilgrims sailing in a boat
(hold up five fingers)
Over the sea and water they float
(make wave motions with hands)
One little pilgrim said, “Land I see!”
(hold up one finger, then hold other hand over eyes as if searching)
They came to America to be free!
(Fold hands and bow heads as if the pray)
Continue to repeat this song, subtracting the number of pilgrims as you go until there are no pilgrims left.
This Old Road
This old road is hard and bumpy
Five fat turkeys wild and jumpy
Driver driver not so jerky
Or you’ll make us loose a turkey
(spoken)
Driver! Driver! Stop I say!
One fat turkey got away!
repeat each verse until just one turkey is left and say:
Driver! Driver! Stop I say!
Let’s save this turkey for Thanksgiving Day!
Five Fat Turkey’s
Five fat turkeys are we
We slept all night in a tree
When the cook came around
We couldn’t be found
And that’s why we’re here you see.
Repeat through four, three and two
In between each verse say:
But he got one!
One fat turkey that’s me
I slept all night in a tree
When the cook came around
I couldn’t be found
And that’s why I’m here you see.
