DDESS/DoDDS-Cuba Employment Application System

The Employment Application System (EAS) makes it easy for you to apply for non-administrator, professional, school-level positions! Submit, modify, update and track your application online. Reduce your paper submissions and monitor your status interactively.

The EAS site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to help protect the privacy of online transactions whether the site is accessed from home or work.

When to Apply

Applicants are encouraged to apply now to be considered for School Year (SY) 2009/2010.

**Please note beginning Feb 1, 2009 the only vacancy announcements DDESS will post on USAJobs will be for the remainder of SY 2008/2009 and Other DDESS Vacancies.  We will however still be accepting applications for the 2009/2010 school year for the positions listed below.  Please apply using DDESS EAS.

**Due to the overwhelming number of applications we have received in EAS, we have been unable to keep pace with the additional flood of required supporting documentation. In order to rectify this situation, we will be amending our EAS procedures to indicate that all supporting documents must be submitted electronically effective 1 February 2009.  Any hard-copy documentation received after this date will not be considered.  You may scan your documentation and email to ddesseas@am.dodea.edu or fax to 770-487-3307.  Please address any questions regarding this policy change or any aspect of recruitment for the 2009/2010 School Year to ddesseas@am.dodea.edu.  Thank you for your interest in becoming part of the DoDEA family.

Interviews

Interviews are normally scheduled by the selecting official and applicants are invited to interview with staffing needs in mind.

  • Applicants who are not interviewed will continue to receive consideration for vacant positions and, if needed, be interviewed by telephone.
  • All expenses incurred with the interview are the responsibility of the applicant.
