This week our school will be hosting a STEMposium featuring projects, activities, and events that represent these fields. The mission of the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is to provide an exemplary education that inspires and prepares all students for success in a dynamic, global environment. 21st Century Memo

DoDEA has embarked upon a process to best define 21st Century Schools which takes into consideration innovation in education, curriculum delivery, use of technology, and the growing expectations for sustainability and energy conservation. DoDEA is seeking ideas from students, teachers, parents and other community members to help shape school facilities that will support 21st Century learning requirements. GradeSpeed Parent Connection

---DoDEA implemented GradeSpeed in its 4th-6th grade classrooms worldwide during the 2008-2009 school year. GradeSpeed will give parents online access to their children’s grades and attendance from anyplace in the world with internet access. An introductory GradeSpeed Brochure will be sent home with students. The Parent Connection User Guide is available for downloading. You can access the GradeSpeed Parent Portal here.
