Welcome to C.C. Pinckney Elementary School – Home of the Patriots!Pinckney Elementary School is such a wonderful place for children to learn and grow! Our very talented faculty and staff members are committed to your child’s success and look forward to working with you. We offer enriched learning experiences that integrate all areas of the curriculum and the fine arts. Our PatriARTS program provides artists-in-residence throughout the school year in a variety of genres – from storytelling to African Drumming, from dance to Gullah folk art. There are numerous extracurricular activities available to our students as well to include the Chess Club, Math Club, Success Club, Wednesday Walkers, and Band. Pinckney Elementary has a proud tradition of active parent participation. The parents in our community continue to be among our greatest resources. Parent/guardian involvement in student success cannot be overemphasized. It is no exaggeration to say that the potential for success in school increases significantly with the solid parent/guardian involvement at home. We do encourage you to be active in your child's education. We invite you to consider volunteering and participating in student programs throughout the year. Feel free to stop by my office at any time. I welcome your questions and your feedback. Together, we can make a positive difference in the lives of our students!
