What's Happening in P.T.'s Library?
PT Information Center News
Did you know that research shows that you need to start reading aloud to your children before they are born! The more you read aloud the more your children learn the “rhythm of language”, and grow-up reading and enjoying books themselves. We know that reading is fundamental to your children’s development as an "Independent life-long learner”.

Please review the rules and procedures with your child
- Please remind students to leave their library book in their book bag when not reading for the safety of the books.
- Please help to develop a love of reading by enjoying books with your children. Reading to your child as young as possible and as often as possible has been proven to help children learn.
- Encourage them to handle the books properly and return them in good condition. Send damaged books, (accidents will happen), back to school for repairs to be discarded. Please don’t mend books at home.
