Student Records Permanent student records are maintained in the school office. Teachers and other school personnel have the authority to review student records. In addition, parents may review their child's records upon request. The permanent records of students transferring to other DDESS schools are sent to the new school upon receipt of a written request from that school. When students transfer to a school outside of the Dependent Schools System, copies of the permanent record are sent upon receipt of a written request from the new school. |
