Weapons
ANY student who brings to school a weapon as defined by USAARMC Regulation 210-1, including pocket and Boy Scout knives, will be dealt with in the following manner:
1st Offense: Automatic 3-day suspension from school
2nd Offense: Automatic 10-day suspension from school
3rd Offense: Student will be sent home immediately and remain at home until an expulsion hearing is conducted by the School Board.
