1. Parents registering students at Kingsolver Primary School for the first time must present the child's original birth certificate and social security card.  A copy will be made and the originals returned to the parents.
2. Parents will need the full name and address of their child's previous school in order to request records.
3. If a parent has records he/she has hand-carried from the previous school, these should be presented to the office at the time of registration.
4. Students in Pre-K are required to have a physical signed by a physician and the Kentucky Immunization Certificate.  These must be presented to the school before the child may begin school.
5. Students enrolling in Kindergarten or first grade are required to have a physical signed by a physician.  Parents must present this to the school within 10 days of the child's enrollment.
6. All students in grades Kindergarten through 3/Primary must have a Kentucky Immunization Certificate on file.  Parents must present this to the school within 10 days of the child's enrollment.
7. If a family is in the Guest House at the time of enrollment, the parent must present to the school the form "Eligibility to Attend Fort Knox Community Schools" which is furnished by housing.
8. One day of processing records will be required before students may attend school
