NO ANIMALS ON SCHOOL GROUNDS

Post and the Fort Knox Community School District regulations forbid pets being brought onto school grounds when children are being walked to and from school. The specific regulation reads:

"Without the express permission of the principal or supervisor, animals are not permitted in buildings, sport areas, or within fifty (50) feet of the entrance to or exits from buildings operated by the Fort Knox Community Schools. Guide dogs for the blind and military working dogs are an exception. Animals will not be tied on school grounds where they interfere with pedestrian traffic."

Safety is our main concern. Please help us make our environment safe for your children by complying with this regulation.
