Registration
We're glad that you're going to be enrolling in our school. The following is what you'll need for student enrollment.
- Copy of Original State Birth Certificate (not the hospital certificate)
- Student's Social Security Number
- Copy of School Records Indicating Grade Placement (Any documentation of placement in special programs such as gifted/talented, speech, special education resource, etc. would be appreciated.)
- Kentucky Certificate of Immunization (If transitioning from outside the state of Kentucky, this must be completed through the immunization clinic on post.)
- If the sponsor is not the parent or step-parent, proof of guardianship and written approval from housing granting permission for the student to reside in quarters will need to be provided to personnel in the school office.
- If in guest housing, written verification from the Housing Office stating quarters will be available within 90 days will need to be provided to personnel in the school office.
- Enrollment Forms: These forms may be picked up at our school office, you may request them now, or you can download them from the link below and have them ready when you arrive.
One day of processing records will be required before students may attend.
