Welcome to Scott Middle School (SMS). Scott Middle School is a warm and friendly learning community that provides students with many rich opportunities. The faculty, staff, and administration will work with you to make this school year successful, enjoyable, and memorable for every student.
The home and the community are very important key elements in the learning process. We encourage sponsors/parents to assist us to meet the challenge of providing a quality education for you sons and daughters. Students learn best when the home, the community, and the school work together. The school environment can provide the tools necessary for a student’s education, but each student will choose what she or he will learn. SMS personnel will work with you to strengthen this learning partnership as we combine efforts to give our students and school the advantages of strong community support and parental involvement.
Expectations are important in any community group, and school is no exception. Students have a responsibility to be actively involved in their education, and they must actively support the education of others. Together, we can make this happen.
