The Speech and Drama team had a highly successful 2008-2009 season. Twenty-three students met each Tuesday to practice and enjoy the planned activities. We had students participate in solo acting, duo acting, public speaking, duo improvisation, broadcasting, poetry, and interpretation of literature. The Bulldogs placed third in the Regional Tournament and qualified a record eight students for competition 
in the State Finals.
In the state finals we had four students make it to the semifinal round and one student to the finals.
The Speech Team is open to all 7th, 8th, and 9th grade students. We meet on Tuesdays
