Classroom Management Plan

Classroom Information

   On January 22, 2010, all fourth grade students went to the Hyundai Plant in Montgomery, Alabama.  This trip was planned in conjunction with our reading unit “What an Idea!”  The students had a wonderful time watching the many robots used at the plant and especially enjoyed the ones that shot sparks.  According to the thank-you letters and pictures that the students made, Hyundai has lined up many future customers.          

4th grade students

Each year the fourth grade has an "Egg Drop" from the tower on the flight line. This year the "Egg Drop Eggstravaganza" was a real learning experience for all involved. There were some wonderfully thought out (engineered) projects and some very unique packages. H. and K. took the prizes for the most unique, from a bear climbing a tree to a balloon Frisbee. Following the drop, there was another feast – this time all egg dishes.
