Oct 17/18 Complete your totem pole at home. It is due next class. Bring your rubric and description sheet. You will  complete  your description sheet in class and then present your totem to the class.

Oct 14/15 Plan your totem pole. This is a 56 point assignment. You want to do your best work. You have all the info you need to do a good job. Put good effort into this integrated project. (Language Arts, Media, and History.)

Oct 9/10. Letter from Jamestown is due next class. This is a 20 point assignment. You have a rubric which will assist you in earning the 20 points! Use it.

Oct 7/8 Last chance to bring in paper towel tube for your totem pole. We start next week. Complete Guided Reading 4.1. If you were on the AVID trip (Oct 8) you need to read and take notes on Ch. 4 Section1 and come by to pick up your Guided Reading 4.1. Note: Mrs. Heslop will be out of school Thursday and Friday of this week.

Sep 29/30 Paper Towel tube is due by Weds. for Red and Thurs for Gold. Complete Bio Rdg Martin Luther. Quiz on Ch 3 Red Friday, Oct 3 and Gold Monday Oct 6.

Sep 25/26 Bring in paper towel tube by Oct 3rd. No Graded Folder with signature? Plan on staying after school Monday, Sep 29. Guided Reading 3.2 and finish Literature Reading "Through the Eyes of  a Spanish Missionary Explorer" using the 5 reading strategies.
