Peer mediators are available at the school to help students solve disagreements. Students from 7th and 8th grades receive training and meet monthly to practice their skills. Parents, teachers and children themselves can refer to mediation which is conducted during non-instructional time and with permission of all parents. The counselor is present during the mediation sessions which is a structured process of problem solving. |
