The Department of Defense has initiated a study, CONUS Education Options Assessment (CEOA) by the National Defense Research Institute (RAND). The objective of the study is to recommend options that most effectively balance cost, quality and implementation considerations. Read the CEOA letter to parents.


Ashurst School’s Continuous School Improvement Goals

SMART GOAL 1:  By the year 2014, all students will improve their math problem-solving skills, supported across the curricula, with a five percent increase in the number of students at or above standard each academic year as measured by selected system-wide and local assessments.

SMART GOAL 2:  By the year 2014, all students will increase their higher level thinking across the curricula with a focus on analysis, the separation or breaking up of something into smaller parts, with a five percent increase in the number of students at or above standard each academic year as measured by selected system-wide and local assessments.
