Math 8/Pre Algebra is a DoDEA approved course that prepares students to meet the rigors and demand of Algebra one in a high school environment.  Please review the course syllabus provided to your child during the first day of school.  It should be located in their math section of the 3-ring binder.  In addition to the course syllabus, the grading policy should also be located in the same area of their binder.

Mid Chapter 8 Test will be counted as the first test for the 2nd quarter.  Students are reminded to do test corrections to imporve their grades.  In addition, late work will not be accepted after 2 weeks.  But students must do all work, to be able to ask for extra credit.  Monday is set up for after school help, but students can make othr arrangements by checking with the teacher first.  For 2nd quarter, the class will be working with Algebra expressions.  Mid quarter Progress reports will be on Dec 2.  Assignments are posted according to Red Day Schedule classes for green classes to also follow
