The J. H. Russell Elementary Guidance and Counseling program is comprised of many components. Through individual counseling, small groups and classroom guidance the goals are that children will achieve more in school, develop self awareness, accept individual differences in others, develop skills in communication, learn conflict resolution skills and become more independent and responsible learners.
