Hours of Registration:  8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. throughout the year.

Eligibility:  Military Sponsor must reside aboard MCCDC.  If awaiting housing, a letter from Housing indicating number on the waiting list and assignment of quarters within 90 school days is required.  If student is a "guest", a letter from Housing approving the request for the guest to reside in quarters and a copy of Court documents naming the sponsor or spouse as guardian are required.  For all other students, if applicable, court documents indicating custody, i.e., divorced/separated parents, legal guardianship, foster care, etc., are required.

Age Requirements:

Pre-school:  four (4) years old by September 30
Kindergarten: five (5) years old by September 30

Items Required at time of Registration:

• Student’s Birth Certificate - Original or Certified Copy with Seal
If the sponsor is not listed on the birth certificate, the child’s dependency and custody determination must be documented before enrollment is approved.

• Student’s Social Security Card - or proof of number

• Student’s Immunization Record – must be up to date within ten school days of enrollment

• Sponsor’s Current Military Orders

• Documentation of the Sponsor’s Housing Assignment in Quarters - copy of lease or 90/180 day housing letter

• Virginia School Physical - Doctor's signature required in two places.
