The parent/sponsor must show their military orders to the school principal/registrar validating the need.  The earliest a student can withdraw and receive credit for the full school year is May 25, 2009.

RECORDS:

Withdrawal during the school year: Parents may pick up a copy of their child's final report card, test scores and shot record at the end of their last day of attendance. Please give the registrar at least a week's notice to gather the information.

Withdrawal at end of school year: Please give two weeks notice due to heavy work load at this time of year. Records can be picked up any day of the week following the last day of school as long as notification was given.

If records are not requested by parent, WPES will mail the child's official records to the receiving school once a written request from the new school to WPES has been obtained.
