
WHAT IS GRADESPEED?
Gradespeed is an Internet based gradebook that is being used in DoDEA schools.
Grade Speed will be implemented for the first time this school year at WPMS.
HOW DOES THIS AFFECT PARENTS?
Gradespeed includes online parent access that allows parents/guardians to view
their child's current averages and assignment grades.
HOW DOES A PARENT SIGN
UP?
Step 1: For directions click on Creating
a Parent Gradespeed Account and print.
Step 2: Go to https://dodea.gradespeed.net
and fill out the online application using the directions from Step 1.
Step 3. Come to the West Point Middle School Main Office to do the following:
• Show valid Identification (Military ID, Driver's License or Passport)
• Complete the West
Point Middle School Gradespeed Access Form (we recommend you download the
form and complete it in advance)
Parent accounts will be activated with forty-eight hours of submitting the
Gradespeed Access Form.
HOW WILL A PARENT NAVIGATE GRADESPEED?
Click on Navigating
the Parent Screens in Gradespeed and print for directions.

for the WPMS Educational Technologist.
