HOMEWORK: Turn off the TV.  Put down the Video game.  Go outside and play with a friend.  Ride your bicycle.  Exercise with your family.  Challenge your mom and dad to a push-up contest.

A Look Ahead

Beginning late February and early March, you guys will start taking part in the Presidential Physical Fitness Test.

This is one of the reasons why it is so important for us to participate in PT each and every day. The most important reason to exercise daily is to keep our bodies in good shape.  When you are healthier, you are happier, when you are happy you smile alot, when you smile alot the world is a much more beautiful place.

Class Rules

2. Follow directions and procedures.
3. Turn in neat work on time.
4. Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.
5. Listen when someone speaks.
6. Always put forth your best effort.
