Student Created Web Pages
One of the standards for Kindergarten and First Grade students is to design with assistance a class home page for the school Web site. Kindergarten and First Grade classes decided to get involved in this exciting new way to communicate lessons learned. The students developed these sites using bulletin board backing and hand drawn buttons, titles, graphics, and their own words to describe a unit of study. The technical production was done by staff, but the students chose the layout and action of the page. Click on the links below to enjoy a refreshing perspective of web design.
