What's Happening in Mr.H's Music

Music News! Mr. H playing the bass!

Welcome to Mr. H's Music Room! This month we will be learning about rhythm patterns and pitch.  Songs from our text ("Share The Music") and the "Music K-8" series will be incorporated with the lessons.  In addition to song selections, students will have the opportunity to apply the concepts on various percussion instruments (pitched and non-pitched).

Beginner band is now up and running.  Rehearsals are on Monday and Tuesday from 2:30 to 3:30.  Sign up for this group is now closed - however, any new students coming in that had already started band at their previous school may sign up (subject to instrument availability)..

Intermediate band meets on Thursdays from 2:30 to 3:30.

All after school band classes will be dismissed via the main entrance of the school.
