Credit goes out to the dedicated professionals that comprise the Logistics Team that provide the best quality service and create a safe and healthy environment for each of us on a daily basis. The Responsible Agent and Customer Advocate for the department has two very important roles that are at the hub of all activities. First and foremost, is ensuring the best Customer Service and the other is being an advocate for quality improvement. When customers start to experience frustrations or have concerns over the services provided, they are encouraged to notify the logistics supervisor. The logistics supervisor has been given the charge and has the desire to see that your needs and/or concerns are acted on to your satisfaction in a timely manner. The logistics supervisor is additionally the centralized focal point for all planned and on-going facility projects. Logistics Staff
