Programs We are committed to providing customer service in a more timely, efficient, and equitable manner; by improving resource allocation and decision-making at all operational levels; and facilitating a safer environment conducive to optimum student achievement. All logistics personnel will fully participate in the development and implementation of a strategic plan to identify and schedule maintenance, life-cycle replacement, and upgrades to facilities, equipment, technology, and materials that support an environment conducive to learning. We are prepared to meet the procurement requirements for facilities, equipment, furniture, materials (e.g., textbooks, workbooks, calculators, school supplies), and technology necessary to provide an instructional program aligned with student performance standards. Our first goal is to develop and publish processes and procedures for logistics operations, establish budgets, and schedule initiatives. It is essential that we institute a systematic approach that involves school administration in the development and implementation of our operations in hopes that progress can be measured. |
