Reminders
Behavior Folders go home on Fridays. Please sign and return on Mondays. Keep all papers unless they say "Parent Signature"
Also, students are allowed to correct and return all papers except for tests.
Students are required to read 25 books this year. These books must be on the student's level. Reading Counts will be used to monitor students' progress. I require students to read at least 6 books per quarter plus one additional book.

Science
We are studying the Human Body. Currently we are in chapter D2 and discussing the spreading of germs. Students will be conducting an experiment using flour to gain insight into how germs/diseases spread.

Tuesday: Complete the Graphic Organizer for Unit D chapter 2 (worksheet) w.s. 172.
Wednesday: Review lesson assessments to study for tomorrow's test.
Thursday: Test over Chapter 2 Unit D.

Social Studies
We are currently learning about the regions of the United States.

Tuesday: Study southeast region and review previously learned regions.
Wednesday: Study for Regions quiz (Middle West, Western, Southwest and Western). Use pg. 29 in your book if you do not have your map with you. Be able to outline the different regional areas!
